How to Book

Here's what you need to know to prep your skin for best results!

Exfoliate 2-3 times a week and apply moisturizer daily to keep your skin clear and moisture barrier happy

Hydrate well the day of your appointment. Hydrated skin allows the hair to be removed much easier with less discomfort

Take an Advil or Tylenol 30 minutes prior to the appointment to reduce discomfort

Do not apply any lotions, oils, creams or deodorant to the area to be sugared 24 hours before your appointment as it can interfere with the sugars ability to remove the hair

Do not shave/trim sugared area to be sugared. You run the risk of trimming too short resulting in hair that may be too short to remove. More hair growth is always better than too little

Do not exfoliate 24 hours before your appointment to avoid skin irritation

Do not apply any AHA, BHA, retinol or vitamin C products to sugared skin 2-3 days before your appointment to avoid skin irritation

Wait a minimum of two weeks to book facial sugaring after a chemical peel or microdermabrasion treatment to avoid skin irritation

Reschedule if you have an active sunburn

Cancellation & Late Arrival Policies

Arriving Late

If a client is more than 5 minutes late for a scheduled appointment, the appointment may result in a cancellation fee and rescheduling. If you are unable to attend or you will be late arriving to your scheduled appointment please contact Sugar Me Body Boutique immediately

Cancelling

Cancellation fees will only occur if a client needs to cancel their scheduled appointment with less than 24 hours notice. Cancellation within 24 hours will result in a fee equal to half of the scheduled appointment's value. If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment please contact Sugar Me Body Boutique immediately.

No Show

A "No Show" is a client who fails to arrive to a scheduled appointment without providing a 24 hour cancellation notice. No Show appointments will not be tolerated and will result in the amount of the appointment being paid in full and will not be able to rebook.
